We recommended and implemented the VPN network for $800,000 cost reduction for the client. SALES SUPPORT: With a leading electrical distributor who needed enterprise wide collaboration, for its distributors, sales force, and inter-company partners we evaluated and implemented customer relationship management (CRM) system, resulting in 22% savings in administration and management expenses, and increasing revenues. MANUFACTURING: Research market demand for lamination equipment we were able to help the company redesign its product line, improve industrial design, and provide lower cost manufacturing to reduce the cost by over 30%. The revamped product design revitalized the business. COMPUTER HARDWARE: The in-house hardware reseller program was highly in-efficient and expensive for the service provider. We re-vamped the business model, found a third party provider to manage and maintained the inventory, collections, and upgrades.
